2940 The Fall Of A Deity 2 (1/2)

The only means of communication that they shared was the directed audio amulet that he, unfortunately, destroyed with his own hands!

Ah Jiu, where are you?

Where did you go?

Suddenly, he was reminded of a place where he might be able to find her. Without wasting any time, he dashed off in that direction.

Di Fuyi was headed to the Forbidden Land of God, which did not belong to any of the six worlds.

The sky was now a dark tint of royal blue.

Meanwhile, a grand hall of primitive simplicity was loosely hung in midair like magic. From the top of the hall, it felt so close to heaven that one could be drawn to reach for the stars above.

Clouds lingered underneath Gu Xijiu's feet in the jade hall. The entire place shone with vibrance and was absolutely scenic. Even Gu Xijiu found the place to be magnificent; and, it just so happens to be where she was born.

It was also here that she awoke from her deep, long slumber. She remembered stepping out of the place right when she woke up.

Although the place offered spectacular scenery, she was quite reluctant to come by.

The place was dead silent, which was nothing like the lively world out there. There was no sound at all, not even the breeze. It was as if time stood still here. Yet, the ominous silence was depressing, as it made Gu Xijiu feel like it was the end of the world.

She liked to be in crowded places and was always fond of the city noises, which was why she loathed the stillness of the place. If she had the choice, she would not choose to return to this place.

However, there she was again, back to point zero, where everything started. She did not have much time to spare.

She had to make it to the top of the hall before her immortalization. The array formation was already well set, so she could channel her final strength as a mighty God to support the foundation of all six worlds.

The Star Formation was the key to everything. Therefore, hastily, she found her way to the edge of the formation and sighed as she gazed upon the brightest star in the middle.

The people of the six worlds often thought that she refused to be involved in the affairs of the world. They only saw her as a carefree woman traveling from one place to another.

No one knew that she was actually the lifeblood of the six worlds. She was the reason that life existed in a flourishing and prosperous panorama.
