Smilingly, Di Fuyi responded somewhat ambiguously, ”Are you really there to make me look better? Can't you be there just to bask in my fame and status?”

Gu Xijiu turned her head away from him. ”Stop trying to fool me. I am not related to you in any way.”

Di Fuyi did not know how to answer her. He just stared at her blankly as he took another step forward. ”Is that a yes or a no?”
