Chapter 364 Closer To You (1/2)

Frowning, Lu Shuya said, ”So mom wants to get back together with her first love?”

Lu AnLing nodded.

”I feel a bit annoyed and jealous that your parents had you out of love and I was born out of obligation...” Lu Shuya said as she frowned even harder.

Since the day she had decided to start becoming a better person. One of the promises she had made to herself was that she was going to start becoming more honest with her feelings when it came to her sister. Keeping pent up hate or frustration was not good to have between siblings and Lu Shuya truly wanted to mend her relationship with Lu AnLing.

Hearing this, Lu AnLing gave Lu Shuya a sad smile.

”I'm sorry...” Lu AnLing said. She truly felt bad.

Lu Shuya shook her head. ”You don't need to be sorry. It's not your fault. It's just how I feel...”

Still feeling a bit bad, Lu AnLing brought Lu Shuya into a hug.

Unlike Kang Liang and Kang Jun who were not siblings but had been raised together and love each other greatly, Lu AnLing and Lu Shuya had lived through the opposite. They didn't quite hate each other, actually there were times they cared for each other but it wasn't to the point of compete sisterhood. That would take work.

Feeling Lu AnLing's arms around her Lu Shuya suddenly froze but then, feeling a strange warmth equal to that of her mothers hug, Lu Shuya reciprocated the hug.

”I want to be closer to you...” Lu AnLing said a bit sadly. ”So close that even if my parents get back together, it wouldn't break our bond.”

Hearing this, Lu Shuya felt herself choke up, and she didn't know what to say or what to do. Her eyes began to sting a bit but she didn't want to cry. Instead, she gripped Lu AnLing a slight bit tighter.

Lu AnLing felt this, and feeling the feeling that Lu Shuya refused to speak, she smiled.

As the two hugged, Kang Jun and Kang Liang watched but they did not interrupt but suddenly, a voice broke through.

”What the heck is going on here?” Lu Duyi said with complete confusion. ”Why are my sisters holding each other instead of their lovers?”

Hearing this, Lu AnLing and Lu Shuya let go of each other and answered simultaneously.

”its called sisterly bonding.” Lu AnLing said proudly.

”What lover?!” Lu Shuya said as she blushed, her eyes slightly darting to Kang Liang.

Hearing Lu Shuya, Lu Duyi rolled his eyes and then he gave Kang Liang a pitying look. It was obvious that Lu Shuya liked Kang Liang and it was obvious that, in turn, he liked her, but Lu Shuya would not submit to this feelings.

Seeing this look, Kang Liang couldn't help but smile sheepishly. It was how Lu Shuya was, so he didn't take it personally.

”Don't I get any love?” Lu Duyi said cheekily as he fake pouted due to being left out.

Seeing that, both Lu AnLing and Lu Shuya rolled their eyes, and then they walked up to the boy and gaze him a hug making sure to hold the boy tightly their bosoms in order to suffocate him.

Feeling the inability to breathe almost instantly, Lu Duyi hit both of his sisters arms and said, ”okay, okay you can let me go now!”
