When she saw Max looking at her, she didn't say anything except nodding toward him. Max really wanted to talk to her but knowing the current situation isn't appropriate he decide to go back.
The breakup between Lydia and Jackson bound to happen. his presence just an amplifier for it. so he didn't feel any guilt. after all, Lydia is his girl, not some ugly creature like Kanima.

Next day morning Max called beautifully Real state lady for a meal. which she offered using her body. Not in any sexual way, although he touched her here and there except drinking blood Max never advanced. Max did not want meaningless sex, he didn't like the idea.
”Thank you, Susan, I really liked it” Max wiped blood on lips before speaking. beautiful real estate lady named Susan Bone, 29 years old unmarried. she living in Midnight Dawn, which few miles east from Beacon Hills.
”Yes, Thank you” Susan nodded absentmindedly. Mind Compulsion had some flaws when it comes to emotional manipulation. Max didn't know if it was his ignorance or innate flaw of this power. when Susan responding to some of his words it will be always forced. he really didn't like, this side of Mind Compulsion.
'Whatever I will tell her everything when the time comes' Max reassured himself thinking about future plans. no matter what, he is going to build pure Vampire Nest and few Hybrids if it seems fitting. when that happens Susan will be the first one to become Vampire or Hybrid if she desires. 'No Male Hybrids' is the Max standpoint while making Vampire Nest.
Telling Susan to forget everything happened and go back to her normal life Max carried his school bag to the school. he was super excited since Lydia and Jackson's pending breakup and for the first time in life(s) he is going to get a girlfriend. and extremely beautiful one that is.
When he reached the classroom everyone except Lydia and Jackson was present. Max figured they must be having some kinda fight. Max saw Allison and Scott happily chatting with each other which he felt envious. there also Stiles writing something like there is no tomorrow.
'Poor guy, he must be trying to figure out who is causing all this disturbance and werewolf and stuff' Max though smiling. since the class hasn't started yet he closes his eyes and heightened Hearing Sensors. trying to find Lydia.
Few seconds passed nothing noticed worthy except Scott's fast beating heart. Max didn't know why exactly his heart beating fast and decide to ignore it, he had more important things to attend.
Soon he heard what he looking for. but disappointingly only a few last words could be heard.
”....saying this is over”
” Are you breaking up with me because he saved me?”
”Not just that, you try to make out with that Max guy and I'm really tired of your...you are overbearing” it was Jackson's angry voice lastly heard before heavy footsteps which indicate Jackson storming off.
Max's concentration broke when Lydia came to the class. she doesn't seem to affect by a recent breakup, she looks confident as ever. however, Max knew she was suffering inside and he intends to mend her broken heart. after all, that is what Great Original Hybrid should do for his future Luna. (AN: I read somewhere that Alpha's wife is called Luna. in case some of you didn't get it)
