29 The 6 Bandits (2/2)

There weren't 5 people but 6, there was a thief behind him waiting to sneak up behind him but Wu Tian set a trap for him as well. Wu Tian could detect from the tone of the mage and the strange sounds behind him that there was somebody else so he created a trap behind him just in case. then created 6 needles and made them go into the back of the 6 players before they could cut the string tying them to the tree.

Wu Tian sighed, he then heard shaking of the trees and over 30 people appeared in front of Wu Tian. In the front was a man named Akiie, one of the commanders to the Shinsengumi Guild, the rank 4 Guild and the most major guild in the Eastern Spirit Dynasty. The guild was made up of Japanese players.

Akiie had the class Advanced Swordsmen and from Wu Tian's observations his muscles looked very refined like a true swordsman, Akiie looked at Wu Tian then looked at the 6 dead hanging bodies and said ”You are Martial Asura right? Thank you for killing those 6 fiends, they came to our guild and killed our people. We changed them down for miles but didn't manage to catch them.”

Akiie walked up to Wu Tian and extended his hands, Wu Tian smiled and shook Akiie's hand ”No problem, if they were your prey you can have them, I have no need for their treasures.”

Wu Tian really didn't need their items because if he grabbed everything his enemies dropped he wouldn't have anywhere to store it. Akiie seeing that the legendary Martial Asura, although a little stiff in his mannerism, was just a normal person he asked: ”It is almost night time, do you want to camp with us for the night before we go our separate ways.”

Wu Tian looked up and saw the moon starting to peak over the horizons so he nodded his head and they found an open field. Wu Tian rarely spent any nights in the game because he didn't think it was healthy, but he found out that you could literally close your eyes and sleep for the night. Wu Tian also learned that if you close your eyes and say Nap Mode, you would be able to leave the game without having to shut it down meaning you could go get a drink of the water or eat a snack without having to shut down the game. The only downside was your body would be open to attacks while in nap mode but if you were in a secluded area or a place guarded by teammates of guild members it didn't matter.

Wu Tian had no idea about these functions and learned a lot of game mechanics that he had no idea about before talking to these people from the Shinsengumi Guild. Akiie walked towards Wu Tian and asked: ”You are now the Guardian of the Eastern Spirit Dynasty which is an important role, so if you could ask the ruler to make us a company in the army it would help us a lot, and we could help you in a time of war.”

Wu Tian studied a lot of history and a lot about the army and the stratagems of war. So he was knowledgable in the field of war, he knew that if he could higher the separate powers in a kingdom to join 1 main power the kingdom's power would rise exponentially, and if the 4th place guild wants to defend the dynasty with their own volition it would be very good to have them. Wu Tian answered, ”I will ask the ruler to add you as a company but it is his choice in the end.”

Akiie thanked Wu Tian and so everyone went to sleep, too bad it wasn't a peaceful sleep, a powerful stomp was heard throughout the forest and the ground started to termor. Wu Tian was the first to wake up and as the footsteps grew closer more and more guild members started waking up.

Wu Tian then saw a giant figure cover the moon and said: ”So this is what I have been missing when I am not playing in the night.”
