While Wu Tian picked up the 2 items from the wolf and looked up, his eyes widened as he saw the group of wolves actually woke up and were staring at him with murderous eyes.
Wu Tian quickly calmed down and got into a fighting position. The 3 General Wolfs stayed in the back while the 10 remaining wolves surrounded Wu Tian.The Silver Wolves all jumped towards Wu Tian with a howl, the howl was so loud that the village NPC felt a blanket of fear over their village.
Wu Tian felt the world slow down as his martial arts senses activated, he turned around towards the nearest wolf and activated the Uppercut Punch skill. He reached under the Silver Wolf's head and punched upwards. A message appeared to the side...
”perfect completion, 100% critical!”
The Wolf instantly died and Wu Tian escaped through the gap he just made. Then, he felt time got back to normal as the wolves jumped onto the space Wu Tian previously stood on. This was one of the reasons Wu Tian was a genius martial artist, his ability to process movements many times faster than any normal person.
The Silver Wolves gathered together and 2 of them started running towards Wu Tian and swiping their claws towards him. Wu Tian let the wolfs get a leg distance away from him and activated the skill, Lateral Kick. A message again appeared...

The 2 wolves died and another message showed up, ”Uppercut Punch +2 Level Up, Lateral Kick +2 Level Up, Player +2 Level Up”

If another player saw this it would be incomprehensible, first of all, the independent mode allows the player to be able to activate skills without saying the name(unless they are a wizard casting a spell) but the tradeoff is the person needs to perform the skill without any assistance. Most players don't have the skill to perform the skills without assistance so they use automatic mode. Another benefit of Manual Mode is that you get a higher chance of a critical for doing the move yourself. Usually, with automatic mode, it has a chance of hitting the head or a vital part of the body but if you are skilled enough to do it manually, there is a higher chance of hitting critical.
Wu Tian saw the rest of the wolves staring at him and this time he ran towards them, after a minute of punching and kicking. He got rid of the remaining 8 wolves leaving only the 3 General Silver Wolves. He checked his states and saw he gained 3 levels and his Skill levels both reached 5. Every time he levels up his HP and MP go back to its full and it increased, due to him just leveling up he was at peak condition to face the wolves.
