”Supreme Sect Leader, please forgive your subordinate for his uselessness.” Hu Tianfeng bowed in greeting from afar. There was a hint of shame in his eyes. He had tried his best to treat Shen Jing after finding out who she was. However, he had not succeeded.

Lin Qing lowered her head in shame. She and Shen Jing were best friends who had known each other for many years. She knew about Shen Jing's family situation. However, she had never thought that something like this would happen. She had thought that no matter how much Shen Jing's adoptive parents disliked her, they would not be so vicious.

She went to find Shen Jing's parents immediately after receiving news of Shen Jing's attempt to commit suicide by taking poison. He sighed. Actually, Shen Jing was fine and was very healthy. There must be a reason why she was comatose.

”Then…What shall we do when Shen Jing's adoptive parents ask about her?”

”Just tell them that their daughter is dead,” Mo Wen said coldly as he turned to leave the hospital expressionlessly. Lin Qing looked at Mo Wen's retreating back and shook her head helplessly. This man was really assertive.

”She just wants to sleep quietly. Leave her alone.” Mo Wen shook his head. Shen Jing did not need someone to take care of her in her current condition. She could sleep for a few years, a few decades, even a few centuries without eating. This state was like inedia, but even more amazing than that. That was because Shen Jing was completely pure, devoid of any filth both inside and outside. He could not detect any filth on her at all.

There would not be any filth or mess even if she slept for a hundred years.

Qin Xiaoyou nodded uncertainly.
