Chapter 45 Chapter: 001 Are you done yet? (1/2)

After the magician said the direction to the third battalion's camp, which was located near the Green Lake City. Soon after leaving the city, it was possible to see several soldiers patrolling the camp.

Aprouching the camp,Elijah and Chloe was holding their stone badges as it was necessary for them to gain permission to pass through soldiers who were around the camp. With the help from the soldiers, it was easy where the new recruits needed to report.

”Ell, look.”

Elijah and Chloe wereextremely excited as all of the army's air which is very different from what it was on the academy. When they hurried towards the tent where they were suposed to report, they heard an familiar voice comming from the tent.

”Do you think it's who i think it is?” Elijah looked at Chloe.

Elijah moved his hand slowly as to not atract atention from the one inside the tent to move aside the curtain so he could see who it was inside there.

In an unbelievable coincidence, just as he raised his hand forward, someone was walking out at the same time and an man in elegant clothes walked from the tent. Shit! was the first word to apear inside Elijah's head and he looked at Chloe and just as he thought,her eyes were red as she was about to cry. This was not strange for him because he knew who the man was and it was Chloe's Brother, Noah.

Just as he exited the tent, Noah saw two recruits waiting outside the tent. The first one was an boy, about sixteen years old light brown hair and clear grey eyes. The second was a girl who seemed a bit younger than the boy, had an emerald green hair and two big green eyes, the two of them seemed very close like relatives or lovers. But what intrigued the most was that the girl give him the same feeling as his lost sister, Chloe. And the boy beside her was also familiar to him.

But then he shakes his head as it was impossible to be them as this year they would be around twelve years old and these two seemed much older.

”So you two are new recruits, right? come here.” An men's severe voice came from within the tent. It took them a few seconds for them to understand that the man was talking to them and hurriedly proceeded inside.

It didn't seem from the outside, but it was a huge tent filled with all sorts of army supplies, maps, staves and books. And just like he had thought, Chloe's father was also here and was wearing the battalion chief's armor.

And inside, he saw that all the other recruits were already there and there were more than eight logistics soldiers in charge of taking care of the equipment and different from Noah, he had recognized Elijah immediately because the first thing Henry did after arriving in the city was contating him and he knew about Elijah's return and the girl that had come with him. Then one of the logistics soldiers quickly took out a set of equipment composed of white robes, an simple wood staff, an badge with 3 incraved on the badge, and handed it over to Elijah while another soldier did the same with Chloe.

Elijah quickly took his equipment and looked through it. There were 2 sets of magician robes, including socks, shoes and a hood, as well a set of a thin leather armor who was for being used inside the robe and the althrought this staff was not even nearly as powerful and beautful as the other staff he had used on the test. This one was just a piece of runic wood with an small gem on top of it.

Looking around, he saw that aside from Chloe and him, the were twenty recruits. And from those twenty recruits, only 4 were men since the majority of the men of the kingdom did not have much talent for magic and ended up entering in the Warrior Division.
