Chapter 31 Chapter: 009 Tournamen (1/2)

After the class, Emma was alone on the classroom as a silhouette suddenly appeared pointing a sword at her. ”Why are you here and what do you want with him?”

Seeing the way Aryanna was looking at her with a threatening look, she laughed. ”It's this the way you treat a old friend? Won't you offer me tea or something? You know my mission is the same as you so you don't need to worry about your little boyfriend.”

Emma looked at the window and sighed. ”I'm not the one she needed to worry about this after all he's still to young for me.”

In the blink of an eye, several months passed and it was already mid-year.

During those days at school, Elijah was writhing like a madman, frantically studying the basics of magic as he strengthened against his body. After a few weeks with Zaid, Elijah discorvered he liked to join student groups and parties, and was good at finding out news and making friends. Although he appears every month with a different girlfriend, amongs the freshmen, he was one of the most popular.

”No, i still have to visit teacher Damian today, i'm nearly at the peak of the super human realm somaybe another time.” Ellijah's answer was simple but Zaid knew that this is the answer he gets everytime.

”Haha, I already knew it, but it was worth the try.” Zaid chuckled.

Then his face changed and he remembered something he wanted to say and he said to Elijah in a low voice.

”Have you heard of the cursed dungeon that is below the first floor? I heard it is a passage that leads to the entry of yggdrasil where it is possible to travel to other worlds.”

Hearing another of Zaid's stories, Elijah said in a tired tone, ”Seriously Zaid, how do you plan to study if you spend most of your time searching rumors and gossip in the academy?”
