Chapter 144 - 144: End Of The Festival. (2/2)

Her eyes were half shut and her breathing had become slow and steady as she took in deep breaths.

He looked at that pool of cum flowing out of her as he held her tightly and instantly got another boner.

”One more?” He asked.

She didn't reply, rather it didn't look like she was thinking straight.

The group and the others walked throughout the festival calling out for Gray.

They had encountered horned ones wearing the same coloured Kimono and had a few close calls but never did they end up actually finding him.

”Where is he...?” Aurora asked.

”There's so many fun things to do... Did brother really have to disappear at a time like this?” Ria questioned.

”Maybe he was kidnapped by a horned girl?” Kylo responded jokingly.

Upon saying so, he instantly felt a chill go down his spine as the girl's sent him a cold look.

He reflixevely took a step back and was about to mention that it was a joke when all of the sudden- a figure appeared behind him.

”Who was kidnapped?” The person asked.

Turning to the source, there Gray stood with a smile on his face.

”Don't just disappear like that brother... What's the point of the festival if you're not here to enjoy it with us?” Said Ria. ”Even Lita's fallen asleep...” She continued as she pointed at Lara,

There Lara stood with Lita sleeping on her back while she walked.

Her motherly look seemed even more mature and gentle than usual as she gazed at the sleeping face of her daughter, resting on her shoulder.

The Tribes girl and Delta weren't anywhere to be seen, they got a little too invested in the games they were playing.

They started getting on surprisingly well during the time Gray was away too.

”Yeah... You and Ruby missed the fireworks with us...” Said Aurora dejectedly. ”They were so pretty too.”

”Haha... Sorry. I got to see the fireworks, it was pretty cool.” Gray apologised.

”That's not the point... We wanted to see it with you...” Aurora murmured.

Her bottom lip protruded out in a sulk as she lowered her head.

Gray gave her a pat and smiled before saying. ”There should be another set happening, we'll see that one together. Ruby said so.” Said Gray.

Upon hearing this, Aurora's expression lightened up, along with his sister.

”Speaking of which... Where is Ruby?” Violet asked, as she looked around for her.

Gray smiled nervously and said. ”She had some matters to deal with, she might be back soon but it's unlikely.”

In other words, she was resting.

”Hmm~ Ah- Look! Look!” Said Ria as she suddenly pointed at the sky.

A pink gleaming light flew up into the air, lighting up the night sky as a result.

After reaching the very top, the pink light burst forth creating even more mini explosions around it, making it a spectacle to look at.

Their eyes lit up as they watched more and more gleaming lights fly up into the sky.

Fireworks, magical fireworks.

Staring at it never got old.

”They're so pretty...” Ria murmured.

”Yeah...” Aurora added, dazed as she stared at it.

”This festival so far has been great...” Said Lara as she walked up to them.

Gray glanced over at her and noticed a slight sadness in her eyes as she watched the fireworks. It almost looked as if it was jogging back sad memories.

He wanted to ask but at the same time he decided not to, it was best to just soak in the moment.

Especially since tomorrow they were going to be returning back to earth, back to the apocalypse.

He didn't want to think of anything negative.

Violet and Aurora each took one of his arms, wrapping their own around it as they watched the Fireworks unfold.

Suddenly, Violet frowned and Aurora raised her brows.

”What's that smell?” Violet asked.
