Chapter 77: Anger & Hatred. (1/2)
”Die.”
*CRASH!*
The brown-haired man's body was suddenly thrown towards the door of the gate, and as soon as he crashed into the door, he was instantly flung back again to the wall on the other end of the gate.
*CRASH* *CRASH *CRASH!*
Several times Violet threw him around, repeatedly hitting him against the walls, before she forcibly pulled him across one of them as she dragged him toward her.
The man's body scraped away the mossy stones off the walls, before he slammed into the ground ahead of her. He was forced to his knees with his head glued to the red ice.
The ice was red from all the blood it had frozen up around the Arena. The orange haired man hadn't realised it before, but it almost seemed as if a massacre had occured recently, and a new one with him involved would be following up.
Blood could be seen flowing out of the injuries which had formed in his body as he was seemingly bowed down to her. Cold sweat could be seen on his face as he gritted his teeth.
”I've always avoided doing this... But you... You killed him.” She muttered with cold eyes as she looked down on him..
The brown haired man's eyes widened as his snapped arm proceeded to twist itself. Within seconds it's shape had become so contorted that it seemed as if it were going to tear itself off.
This process spread throughout his whole body, as eventually even his neck began to twist itself. The sound of crunching could be heard as his bones were mutilated.
All this happened as a result of Violet's ability. He could feel it, her desire to kill all the way from the Arena.
He had overlooekd it, the most dangerous one out of the three of them... Right now the most dangerous one out of all them was her. Violet.
”I... Underestimated you... But... Now...”
The man tried to speak, but the groans of pain and the sound of his bones breaking was overlapping it.
The female horned one who had been watching by the edge of the platform, planned to join in on the fight, but seeing as how things weren't going bad, she decided to use the time bought to gather strength.
But it was then that the unexpected happened. Steam began to release from his body before it suddenly dissipated into mist. Violet and Aurora's eyes widened, as the mist slowly expanded.
Violet could no longer get a read over his physical body. At that instant, the mist burst towards her at high speeds, Violet took a step back, but her arms which had been stetched out, just barely came into contact with it.
*TZZZT*
Her pupils dilated, as burn marks spread through her arm which had been submerged into it. The mist was poisonous.
”Hahahaha...”
A sinister laugh resounded from the mist, as it tried to fully submerge her. Fortunately, she thrust her other arm forward, sending a telekenetic wave which pushed the mist far back.
Because it didn't have a physical form however, it consumed much more energy to simply keep it away.
While doing so, she noticed a red skin rash slowly progress up her arm. It was most likely from the poison. Despite that, she kept her attention on the mist, whilst preventing it from nearing them.
Whilst she was focused on doing so, another one of the twins which had been overlooked, appeared above her. A metal spear could be seen on his hands as he thrust it down at her, the spear simultaneously extended itself in the process.
Aurora who saw this, instantly reacted as she caused a spike of red ice too rise from the ground stopping over Violet's head to shield her.
But for Violet it was unnecessary. To the twin's surprise, his metal spear suddenly bent towards him.
